Based on drawings and data sets, we subdivide the components into pieces of linear suitable to be handled by our computerized hot wire cutting machine.<\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"DE\"><span lang=\"EN\">Our activities in this field mainly consist of the making of formwork, cores and casting molds for one-time use in refractory engineering and refractory lining of industrial furnaces and process plants.<\/span> <span lang=\"EN\">The fact that EPS can be easily and rapidly cut and molded makes it a highly suitable material for a wide range of different applications.<\/span><span lang=\"EN\">Depending on the required contour, these cut pieces are finish-molded by hand or machines and joined to form large, highly complex molded components.<\/span> <span lang=\"EN\">The finished surface can be further optimized by a coating.
