EPS molds

Based on your technical drawings or electronic data, we make molded parts and molds from EPS of various densities. Based on drawings and data sets, we subdivide the components into pieces of linear suitable to be handled by our computerized hot wire cutting machine.

Our activities in this field mainly consist of the making of formwork, cores and casting molds for one-time use in refractory engineering and refractory lining of industrial furnaces and process plants. The fact that EPS can be easily and rapidly cut and molded makes it a highly suitable material for a wide range of different applications.Depending on the required contour, these cut pieces are finish-molded by hand or machines and joined to form large, highly complex molded components. The finished surface can be further optimized by a coating. A wide range of coating materials is available to give the molded part a perfect surface finish for the application.
