Molds & dies

A major field of the pattern making business is the construction of molds and dies for components and elements made of concrete, refractory materials or ramming masses and for molded parts, including wear parts.

These molds and dies are made to customer specifications using a great variety of materials, such as solid wood, various types of plywood board, e.g. multiplex wood and Betoplan, plastics and
laminate materials, depending on the specific requirements of their uses. If required by the specifics of the application, the molds and dies come with metal sheet linings, synthetic resin coatings to make them resistant to wear or with separate elastic inlays for difficult-to-mold geometries. In cooperation with competent partners, we also offer dies made of steel and other parts made of metals.
